I want you to write the final report for the cooperative training course. I will give you the most important information so that you can formulate it professionally and arrange it according to what is required in the file.

Firstly, my training was in a dental and dermatology clinic, it was called (Hoor Medical Complex). I was trained on the system used in their devices and it was called (Bilal System). In the first week, the education was theoretical. I see the female employees opening files for patients and rescheduling appointments, and also how much each one costs. A service including scouting with a dental specialist and scouting with a dermatology consultant

I also mention the name of the supervisor who was responsible for me. She was the supervisor (Noura Jazaa Al-Baqmi). She was very kind and cooperative. She was with me in all the important moments and had a great role in teaching me the basics and clarifying what was required of me. Also, the administrative director (Ibrahim Allawi) was understanding and had a sophisticated approach and appreciated the circumstances under which I have given them all my thanks and appreciation

I will present to you the reports that I submitted in the past, there were 3 of them. You can benefit from what I wrote in the reports, so that what did you learn during each period, what were the difficulties that you went through, and how did you overcome them?

I will explain to you in general about the clinic. It is privately owned by a man named (Abdulhadi Al-Zahrani). There are two departments, a section for dental treatment and implantology, and a section for treating skin problems. In the dental section, there is a general doctor, a conservative treatment doctor, and a doctor specializing in implantology and maxillofacial surgery, including some who are consultants, and everyone is diligent in His work and the doctors were highly qualified. Also in the dermatology department there is a plastic surgeon for filler injections, Botox and laser, and there is a consultant who treats all skin problems and also treats reproductive diseases and infertility for men.

A Brief Executive Summary of the Internship
A one-page summary of the company/institution and a short account of the major activities carried out
during the internship period.
Acknowledgment
To allow the student to express her/his thankful and gratitude to individuals (such as: field instructor,
academic supervisor, colleagues…etc.) who help them in carrying out and completing her/his training
journey. This part will aid the students to learn basic elements of academic writing. To express their
appreciation in a concise and professional manner.

This section should answer the following questions:
What is the full title of the company/institution?
Give a brief history of the company, full mailing address and relevant weblinks

Specify the products and services produced and offered to its customers/clients.
Who are regarded as the customers/clients of your internship company (consider the end users, retailers,

Provide a list of functions performed by different departments/divisions in the internship organization.
Provide an overview off the production system or service procedure (what are the resources, inputs,
outcomes, andconstraints?)
Provide a process chart of a major product and/or service.
The following questions can be classified as your major fit (Finance, Accounting, Ecommerce and
Management).
• What kind accounting/finance/IT//quality/marketing standards and principles are used in the
organization?
• Discuss telecommunication technologies (Database, Instant Messenger, Networking, Ecommerce tools)
used in the company.
• Describe the quality planning and control activities in the internship organization.
• Describe the quality control activities throughout the life cycle of the product/service groups
• What kind of financial analysis and decision-making methods are used by corporate treasurers and
financial managers in the internship organization?
• What types of marketing, selling, and human resources analysis are performed (cost system, evaluation
of consumers, needs, product strategy, distribution strategy, promotional strategy)?
Chapter 2: Internship activities
This is the main body of your report. During the internship period, the focus of the training may on the
following types of analysis and questions. You do not have to answer all the questions in the list: •
Describe your working conditions and functions, such as: Who is your supervisor (include his/her name
and his/her position); other team members or co-workers and what their functions are to complement
yours.
• Provide a detailed description about the department(s) that the trainee did her/his training with them.
Adding all sub-divisions for this department(s) if it is available. Student can add to this description a
supported chart.
• Detailed descriptions about all tasks and activities that the trainee did them during her/his training
period.
• Gained skills and how they added value to your work
• Other tasks that are not related to the trainee’s major that done by her/him at the company should be
included in this chapter as well.
• What types of incentives did you get as a trainee to be more proactive and productive?

• Describe what kind of working documents and analysis you did there and what experiences you have
gained throughout yourtraining. Provide examples of your work.
• A comparison between theory (things you have learned in the classroom) and practice (things you did or
observed at the company) must be made and highlighted. In this section the student can add a supported
table includes which academic course (s) (course title and code) helped to perform training tasks. For
example, two columns; the first one shows the course name and second column shows the tasks
performed and related to this course.
• Show some work samples that you have encountered/conducted at the company through graphs,
pictures, data, drawings, or design calculations and include them in your report.

• Advantageous that helped the student in completing the training program.

which it is printed and pasted into the other invoices.

I was asked to ask the reviewer (the patient) if he had a
previous file in the clinic, even if it was many years ago,
because with the use of the Bilal system, the old files do not
appear to me, so I must verify the old system and then open
a new file on the Bilal system, without requiring payment of
the scout to enter. To the doctor because he is a former
patient (patient) of the clinic
What skills did you learn through the month?
I learned that changing the system that clinics operate on is
considered a cancellation of all patients’ files because it is
not possible to transfer files from one system to another, as
each system has its own specialized reading system, so there
are some difficulties that employees
How many meetings did you attend?
Yes, I attended one meeting and he talked about what offers
are always requested at the skin and beauty clinic. At the end
of the meeting, the official spoke about working hours during
Ramadan.
What are the difficulties you had this month?
The difficulties that I faced in the month of Ramadan are the
crowding at night, which is the speed of entering the mobile
number, verifying the availability of the appointment and at
what time, and whether there are late fees or not. All of this
requires completion in a few seconds to avoid queue
congestion because working hours are short.
How did you overcome these difficulties?

I overcome this difficulty by asking the patient and his name,
searching through the required doctor’s code, and copying
the file number. This makes things easier. Once I paste the
file number in the attendance field, the messages that have
been paid in advance appear, and it makes me gain more
time to register other patients.

I have learned that having an employee behind the computer
is not as easy as we think, as there are changes and updates
that require some waiting

What did you want to learn more?
I have seen an integrated, dedicated repository called the
archive, in which there are very many files on the iron
shelves, and the shelves are numbered, and the numbers
exceed 800. This makes me wonder what is the benefit of
these files in the presence of an updated system in which
there are electronic files.

learned how to search. About the files by their numbers and

I encountered difficulty in starting to search for files quickly,
or sometimes there are similar names and an error occurs in
selecting the required patient file.

I faced this problem by taking the patient’s name along with
the national ID number and the file number. This makes the
search faster, by ordering first the file number, second the
first name, then the national ID.
What did you learn from completing the tasks
It was a new opportunity to learn because I was always
thinking, what do they do with this very large number of
paper files in the presence of the development of electronic
systems, but it became clear to me that the files are very
important
What did you want to learn more?
Until I reached this stage, I have now mastered the clinic’s
electronic system, and I can receive patients alone without
any assistance, and the administrator has come to depend on
me to cover the needs.
