The course evaluates agile approaches and tailoring methods used to manage teams, projects, programs, and portfolios to improve value delivery.
Asylum Officer with USCIS: Position description and responsibilities:
Conduct extensive legal research, country conditions research, and perform substantial administrative asylum hearings. Write a sizable number of Asylum adjudication decisions on a weekly monthly and yearly basis in a timely fashion based on mature legal judgments and based upon proper understanding of law, policy, procedure, and ethics. Personal responsibility for credibility determinations for asylum cases from all over the earth. Access classified computer systems on a daily basis to conduct national security investigations of various Asylum applicants. Assign special cases that are require in-depth analysis, research and referral to FDNS for fraud or national security related issues. Conduct on a daily basis interview of cases in the following categories: affirmative asylum credible fear & reasonable fear; NACARA & ABC class members; including analysis of country conditions and testimony elicited. Adjudicated and reviewed all documentary evidence, applying relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures of immigration laws and precedent decisions in order to make a final determination.
